American Dental Centers is proud to offer, Forever White,an exclusive program that keeps your teeth white forever for just one small fee and a pledge from you:
As long as you maintain your recommended cleaning or maintenance schedule we will provide you with pair of whitening gel syringes at no additional cost at every one of your 3 or six month check up visits . If you miss your 6 or 3 month appointment you will have to pay a re-enrollment fee of $29 dollars. After that you are back in the program!
The cost for Forever WhiteTM is just $89 dollars and includes:
• Custom made Upper and Lower whitening trays
• A pair of whitening gel syringes
